RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS
The return can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, who will entrust the return to their trusted courier.
Once we receive the return confirmation and authorization email, the items should be sent in a single shipment to the address:

Once we have received and checked the return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
Return Instructions
Conditions required to authorize the return:
Accessories: product must be returned complete with tags, security seal and labels attached, stored in the original packaging. The product must be returned new, never worn, never washed and free of marks, stains, tears and/or any alterations.
Apparel: an item of clothing must be returned complete with original bag and packaging, tags, security seal and label. The garment is to be returned new, never worn, never washed and free of marks, stains, tears and/or any alteration and properly folded if possible.
Detachment of the labels/safety seal from the garment or alterations to the product will result in the presumption of use of the product and will result in the loss of the right to replacement or refund.
Fabio Toma Srl reserves the right to apply additional charges or refuse unauthorized returns and refunds or otherwise not in accordance with all the conditions provided.
Timing for Refund
The return will be processed within 5 working days of the arrival of the product at our warehouse. Once the condition has been verified, a refund or replacement will be arranged if required.
The refund is automatically made from the FABIO TOMA account to the one indicated by the customer at the time of purchase.

Credit card: refund will be made within 5 business days after verification of the return. The time it takes to see the refund depends on the institution that issued the card. You can check the refund on your online account or by contacting the institution that issued the credit card.
PayPal account: the refund will take place within 5 business days after verification of the return and will be visible within 48 hours on your PayPal account.
Bank transfer: the refund will take place within 5 business days after verification of the return by bank transfer.Please provide IBAN and account holder. You can check the refund on your account online or by contacting your bank.
If you want to cancel an order you have already placed:
You cannot cancel orders, but you can request a return. The refund of the order will be made in the reverse manner to the payment and will be made no later than 5 days after the return of the returned goods in our warehouses. In case you have chosen Cash on Delivery as a method of payment, it will be mandatory to provide an account number in order to receive a credit for the order.
If a product is damaged during shipping you can request a return, we will refund the full amount including shipping cost and you can place a new order.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be exercised in accordance with the law if the customer(whether an individual purchasing the product for non-commercial purposes or making the purchase without indicating a VAT number on the order form) wishes to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason. To exercise this right, the customer must send a written request to FABIO TOMA within 7 working days from the date of delivery of the product. To exercise this right, it is necessary to fill out the "Request a Return" form.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions (Article 67 of the Consumer Code):
If the product has already been delivered, the consumer must return or deliver it according to the procedure and terms stated in the contract. However, to exercise this right, you must inform us in writing (by form) within 7 working days from the day after you receive the purchase. The date of return of the purchase (within the 14th day) corresponds to the day when the goods are handed over to the carrier.
Regarding contracts for the sale of goods, a refund will be issued only if the product being returned has not been damaged and is intact. This requirement will be met if the product is returned in its normal condition, having been stored and/or used with due care. If the original packaging of the product has been damaged or destroyed you should ensure that the returned product is properly packed for shipment to the seller.
If it is included in the contract, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs incurred when the product is returned.
If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal in compliance with the procedure outlined in this section, the seller is required to refund the full amount to the consumer, including storage fees. The refund must be free of charge, within thirty days from the date on which the seller was informed of the customer's intention to exercise the right of withdrawal. The refund is considered legally completed when it is credited to the customer's account in the appropriate currency, before the above deadline.
If the price of a good or service related to the above contract is fully or partially covered by a credit granted to the consumer by the trader (or by a third party through an agreement between the trader and the trader), the credit contract shall be considered legally terminated without any resulting penalty - provided that the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal in accordance with the procedure described in the above article. It is the seller's obligation to inform the third party making the payment of the consumer's exercise of the right of withdrawal. Funds paid by the third party for the good or service, prior to becoming aware that the consumer has exercised the right of withdrawal, will be refunded by the merchant, without any penalty arising from the payment of accrued legal fees.
